PARTICIPATION

There are four categories:

  1. Sustainability Impact to My Enterprise, recognizing customers for demonstrating sustainability leadership in decarbonizing their own operations

  2. Sustainability Impact to My Customers, recognizing partners for demonstrating sustainable leadership by enabling customers to achieve their decarbonization goals

  3. Large Suppliers, recognizing suppliers who are participating in The Zero Carbon Project, are advocating for their enterprise and their customers, and have revenue more than €50 million.

  4. Midsize Suppliers, recognizing suppliers who are participating in The Zero Carbon Project, are advocating for their enterprise, and have revenue less than €50 million

You can sign up at https://sustainability-impact-awards.se.com and make sure to confirm your email address. Don’t forget to choose the category you wish to nominate your company for, and click ‘Participate’ on its dedicated page in order to receive announcements and notifications about the program.

You will receive an email confirmation upon successful registration for the Schneider Electric Sustainability Impact Awards program.

To update your details, log in at https://sustainability-impact-awards.se.com and go to your participant profile to edit or change your details.

Yes, our Sustainability Impact Awards program will be delivered on three levels: national and regional levels based on our five operations centers – North America, International, Europe, France, and China – and at the global level. In certain geographies, only regional and global awards will be given.

This is not applicable for Suppliers categories; global winners will be selected directly from the end of the registration phase.

ELIGIBILITY

The Awards Program is open to all organizations worldwide that work with Schneider Electric to enable efficiency and sustainability.

For partners:
Partner organizations need to be one of the following business types to take part in the program:

  • Homebuilders
  • IT Partners
  • Panel Builders
  • Design Firms
  • Contractors
  • System Integrators
  • EcoXperts
  • OEMs
  • Industrial Automation SI
  • Machine Integrators
  • Industrial Automation Distributors
  • Distributors

In order to be eligible:

  • You are part of the Schneider Electric Partner Program
  • The solution you deployed was for a commercial customer who was the end-user of a Schneider Electric product or service
  • Schneider Electric components were the main components of the solution
  • Your entry is for a solution that delivered growth and success for a customer in the last 12 months
  • You are able to provide customer references for your submission

For customers:
Any company is eligible for all segments.

For suppliers:
The Awards Program is open to all suppliers participating in The Zero Carbon Project.

Entries can be for projects completed within the last 12 months.

Please consult individual category entry guidelines for details (under the 'How it Works' page). In general, while all Schneider Electric solutions are eligible, we are looking to showcase solutions and technologies that are delivering value to customers in the new energy landscape, i.e., ones that leverage electrification and digitalization to advance efficiency, decarbonization, and sustainability.

APPLICATION / NOMINATION PHASE

For the Application/Nomination Phase, your team must choose an awards category and submit a proposal in English or your local language (PPT/PDF of max 10 slides/pages and max 15 MB, OR MP4 up to 2 min in length and max 50 MB).

There is no template but please do ensure your deliverables are in English or your local language, and contain what are mentioned in the question above.

Yes, but only while the window for nominations is open (ie. 24 July - 8 December 2023). Once the nomination period closes on 8 December 2023, no further edits can be made.

Yes! Files under 50 MB can be uploaded with your award entry. If your content exceeds the 50 MB limit, you can give the judges access via the URL to your video streaming platform.

Yes! We welcome you to submit multiple entries for both Impact to My Enterprise and Impact to My Customers. If you have multiple stories to share with different Customers, you can also submit multiple entries in Impact to My Customers category. In every case, your entries must meet the category requirements to be considered for an award. No multiple entries can be made for Suppliers categories.

Yes, you may submit entries for a solution that serves more than a single customer.

Yes, you are welcome to submit an entry to each region where your solution is deployed.

Information shared by Schneider Electric is to be used for the purposes of the program only. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions.

Each category has its own guiding questions. Please read the questions for each award category carefully and be sure to answer each one as clearly as possible, providing supporting data where appropriate.

Your entry must be received by (ie. deadline for submitting your completed nomination is) 8 December 2023 at 11:59pm GMT+0. Sorry, but no submissions will be accepted after this deadline.

Not at this point. Should your entry receive an award, we will notify you about the release-form requirements.

We will not contact your customer unless it is part of the review requirements as detailed in the guidelines for your specific entry. However, we do recommend that you let your customers know that they are included as a reference in your nomination. Should you win an award, we will follow up with you and let you know of any release forms are required from your customer at that time.

No, customers featured in your entry may speak any language. Schneider Electric is a global company, and our judges anticipate many submissions highlighting solutions for customers from all over the world.

 
 

FINAL WINNERS ANNOUNCEMENT

  • Regional winners will be announced in February 2024
  • Global winners with be announced by April 2024

The Global Award ceremony will be held in Innovation Summit Paris in April – This event still must be confirmed, we will update this information at a later stage during the program.

We hope you will join us, but attendance at the regional or global award ceremony is not required in order for you to be recognized.
